The Il Siciliano restaurant has very good Italian food, nice service and a nice atmosphere, especially outside on the terrace in summer. There is a dedicated gluten-free menu with guaranteed gluten-free dishes. Pizza, pasta, lasagne, tortellini, tiramisu and beer are all gluten-free and taste great! It is strictly ensured that gluten-free dishes are prepared separately, and when they are served, these are also specially marked. To avoid contamination, e.g. For the pizza topping, only ingredients are selected that are still in closed containers and have not yet been used for normal pizzas. Here you feel safe and really comfortable as a person with celiac disease. I can unreservedly recommend the pizzeria.

I have never experienced such ignorance towards the guests. Completely overwhelmed In Germany there are still no hygiene rules (Corona) here. No face mask, no register, on the tablecloth we saw what the previous guest had eaten. It was the same with the neighboring tables. This rating is for the service, food was ok.

Thanks to the recommendation of my brother-in-law, we were there last Friday evening and I was more than pleasantly surprised. Everything that came on the table, from the starters to the dessert was of very good quality and tasted excellent. We will stop there again and again in the future. Service was very slow: 20 min to clean our table, another 10 to take orders. Kid's pizza came in 15 min, but our salads in 50 (?) min.. Resume: nice food, nice place, but only if you have a lot of time..
